The problem with conservatives is that we're soooooo cloyingly nice. We're talking about people who celebrate sodomy and abortion. We're talking about wealthy Jews who abet anti-Semites like Farrakhan and Jesse Jackson and give aid and comfort to the Islamic enemy. We're talking about people who want to take our rights away, including rights to raise our children as we see fit, to keep and bear arms, to speak our minds.
The b*tch who wrote this transparent non-apology supported all of those things for most of her sterile leftist life. She voted for baby killers and sodomites.
And now you and other conservatives on this thread want to just forgive all of that without demanding a full accounting? Without demanding full restitution?
Cheap forgiveness hardly engenders a real commitment to justice. One cannot claim fealty to the TRUTH and so easily let pass liars and their horrific works.
There must be no forgetting or forgiving the progressives who worked diligently and for decades to destroy all that we hold dear.

Well color me guilty and smack me upside the head. I was a Union rep and used to be somewhat left of center - I was brought up that way as were my parents. My thinking changed once I saw what they were really like. I cannot change my past but I do talk to others about their thinking and try to get them to see a more conservative POV. Cast me upon your fire of hate if you like I owe you nothing and I have already done more than enough to make up for my younger days. You certainly need to get a grip on the idea of repentance and accept that people can and do change!
I’m well aware of what they are. That doesn’t mean that I need to let my heart be destroyed by bitterness like them. We can beat them without inconsolable anger.
