Cruz calls for end to 'Obama amnesty'
The Hill ^ | July 19, 2014 | Megan R Wilson

Posted on 07/20/2014 6:59:43 AM PDT by Innovative

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) on Saturday urged supporters to sign a petition to end what he said was “Obama’s amnesty,” a program authorized Obama that allows certain undocumented immigrants to stay in the U.S. without fear of being deported.

Cruz took to social media on Saturday to spur attention to his proposals.

“Join the fight to stop the crisis on the border -- sign the petition to #StopObamasAmnesty,” Cruz wrote on his Facebook and Twitter.

The Tea Party favorite is pushing legislation that would defund the program to prevent it from being expanded. Cruz says his bill should be a part of any broader package approved by Congress to deal with the crisis.

President Obama has proposed a $3.7 billion supplemental spending bill that would provide funding for authorities to care for the immigrants, and money to help the judicial system send them back to their home countries more quickly.

Why not fortify the border instead — no other country is allowing invasion, as we do.

When a Republican says we need to “secure the border” he’s really saying some sort of symbolic legislative trick needs to be used to suck conservatives in before the amnesty for millions gets shoved down our throat by the GOP leadership.

Cruz is not your ordinary Republican. You should have seen him on FOX Sunday this morning.

Also, the Republicans can be divided into two types, RINO's and non-RINO's (mainly Tea Party).

As to the treatment of the illegal aliens being captured, we should treat them humanely as we expedite their journey back to their homeland, we just have to work on the "expedite" part.

Cruzes wife is a Wall Street player with some of the biggest money changers in the USA. She also is a member of the Tri Lateral Commission which is workshop for the likes of Kissinger and the Rockefellers. It isn’t talked about but the Rockefellers got a bit of help from the Rothschild’s on their way to riches.

Please loosen your Tin Foil Hat!

So who do you think has the best solution that is in a position of power, and what is their position? I heard Cruz this morning, and I think he has the right idea; send them back home in a humane and expeditious way.

These people are not legal American citizens. They are Obama Citizens, a new kind of person in the country temporarily so long as Obama is in office protecting them. They are Obamians. We need a new President who will turn them back into Hondurans, Guatemalans, and Mexicans.

“......Obama ......secure the border, it’s all for the care and feeding of the illegal tresspassers.”.........”

‘Does that include himself and Mooooooooooooochelle?’

My question was:

‘Does that include anyone else besides himself and Mooooooooooooochelle?

Say what? I’m a Wall street player. where is her membership card to the Trilateral commission? What’s her name? I’d Google it but I’ve never heard of her. Lord, I think you must be afraid of your own shadow. (My neighbor has seances every night. I hear him yelling on his back porch every night, “Here Lilly. , Here Lilly.”) I think Lilly is his dear, departed Aunt. Or Grandmother. I dunno.

“President Obama has proposed a $3.7 billion supplemental spending bill that would provide funding for authorities to care for the immigrants, and money to help the judicial system send them back to their home countries more quickly.”

Corrected:
“President Obama has proposed a $3.7 billion supplemental spending bill that would provide funding for authorities to care for the immigrants,”

It is important to remember that in any discussion using facts provided by this administration, the argument is flawed from the beginning: they refuse to supply facts that do not support their agenda, and they invent `facts’ that do.

Why Liberal Elites Want Open Borders:

Large farm groups want cheap labor.

Hotels want ‘slavery-lite’ maids.

Pedophiles want young children to torture and rape.

Liberal elites want to feel smug in their superiority about ‘racially correct’ thinking. ( And secretly wish for gratitude and appreciation.)

Lowlife ‘parents’ in South America want citizenship - and they’re willing to let their children die for it.

Democrats want new dependent voters.

And Obama wants chaos and strife to bring down our country.

And us? We sense evil... we’re moving toward the sounds of guns ... we see fires in the streets.

Sen Cruz has gone to the border, recently...at least two times, and has seen what the situation is.

While I appreciate his attempt to stop the current, law-breaking tide of illegals flowing in...I just don’t see what good signing a(nother) petition will do.

I’d like to see Cruz, Gohmert, Perry, etc travel to the southern border of Mexico and set up/or demand set up of refugee facilities - complete with healthcare and other humanitarian provisions.

THAT ^^ would be a photo op/action that the media could not deny...and, would hopefully push the House AND Senate to immediately start the special prosecutor process, on this long-planned invasion.

......the House AND Senate should push to immediately start the special prosecutor process, on this long-planned invasion.......

Everybody knows Obama masterminded this invasion of lawless, violent drug lords and savage gang members----a distinct threat to law-abiding Americans going about their business.

They are an invading army led by US govt factotums that have declared war on Americans......to save their sorry hides come election day.

Obama is in collusion. conspiring with the Third World honchos to import new Democrat voters.....for a price.

The Obama regime will deploy riot squads to make sure contagion-laden buses get through to American cities and towns. The US government is ready to shoot US citizens in order to protect foreign criminal invaders.

The flaccid Boobama can't seem to summon up the b***s to close off the border but he vindictively calls out riot police to attack real Americans....

Must be time to call in the men with the white coats. Americans recognize a dysfunctional president who is clearly deranged ---- paranoid that he might lose power in mid-terms. Boobamba blundered bigtime w/ the odious Obamacare and duped lock-stepping Dummycrats into the debacle....they do not have the votes to hold onto power.

Obama is importing votes from destitute countries to secure his position of power----a trick he learned from his thuggish buddy---Hugo Chavez..

===================================================.

"Just keep em pouring over the border--I need the votes."

"I'm okay as long as I don't lose power at midterms."

Cong Gohmert's been on this a long time.

HANDY REFERENCE 2006 Congressional Hearing:
Should Mexico Hold Veto Power Over U.S. Border Security Decisions?

SOURCE: commdocs.house.gov/committees/judiciary/hju29604.000/hju29604_0f.htm

EXCERPT/LONG READ--Quoting former judge, Cong Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) ---- As I understand, the current law prohibits encouraging or inducing and also prohibits aiding and abetting. That's generally the language we have in the State penal code here in Texas. But 4437 adds the words ''assists and directs'' to plug the gaps in the current law.

And I can understand persons who believe that it should not be a crime at all. But it still kind of begs the question, wouldn't it be better, if that is your view, to have it a misdemeanor than a felony? So that, though, is still a little hard to understand if that's the position.

But my good friend Mr. Reyes made the point that corruption doesn't recognize international boundaries, and that's what we've been hearing in the evidence here today, and that's true.

But we've heard the expression before that capital is a coward, that money for investment will flow into areas where it is least at risk, which is one of the reasons so much money has come to the United States from investment and continues, because even though there is some corruption here and we continue to need to pursue it and never should rest, but that it is safer here than it is in Mexico because there is more corruption there.

So I would submit to you that corruption is a coward. And we ought to encourage our neighbors to the south to be about the business of enforcing the law, and that needs to become with an—become an exclamation point.

And I could not agree more with my friend Congressman Reyes who said we should not just hire 2,000 Border Patrol agents 1 year and 200 the next. That has got to be an ongoing continuing battle. We appropriated, I believe, more than $275 million, more than the Administration had asked for last year, which shows really the heart of where we are in the House of Representatives.

But I also think it's worth noting, when it comes to compassion and caring, the United States has traditionally voted for issues of compassion and human rights in the United Nations. And I haven't seen yet the new figures for 2005, but I saw the numbers for 2004 and was staggered to see that our neighbor to the south votes against the United States' position nearly three-fourths of the time. So it would be good to have a neighbor that was more on board with us in some of these areas.---snip--

The Beck thing says “Compassion” for the uninformed masses.
Cruz has continued to talk of compassion in preventing these kids and people from making a pointless journey. The tough love that Cruz advocates IS truly the compassionate thing to do,but it has to be sold to people who have been brain washed
