As for Obama handling anything but his next fundraiser, pfaugh. Putin has probably overreached in Ukraine, and the downing of a civilian airliner by what appears to be pro-Russian forces is deplorable. But if Putin is cowed at all (and I don’t necessarily see that he is), it isn’t because of “Soft Power” diplomacy or anything else this bird-brained administration has done.
