@jaketapper Flights are still going to all kinds of dangerous places. Makes sense to ask how/why the decision was made.

I probably missed a few things, but what is all this angst for the FAA that they are taking precautions as they see fit? Is this to somehow gove Bloomberg credibility on his tantrum about flying to Tel Aviv?

Sounds like a prudent thing to do, the way I see it.

The simple answer is that Obama hates Israel and Obama hates Jews.

Some people seem to think that one’s political persuasion MUST OVERRIDE all other considerations, even the safety of flying a plane load of passengers into a questionably dangerous area.

And to those people, if one thinks there may be safety considerations ... “that” is proof the person backs Hamas ... LOL ...

“Politics” has simply made some people plain nuts ... :-) ...

Has the FAA cancelled flights there before? I seem to recall rockets flying for years, don’t recall banning of all flights to there before. Were they banned because of the rocket, or because Israel is fighting back?

Any word from Fedzilla, the companies and companies who support these flights just what the economical impact will be, as well the effect on revenues and finally, on unemployment?
