Seems like that rule only applies to Texas, Arizona, Oklahoma, and the central tier of states.

So WHY does the paper talk about misdemeanors, then?

BTW, even "legal" immigrants should be deported if they commit felonies.

I've lived my entire life in the USA and never committed a felony.

Is it just too much to ask immigrants to respect our freakin' laws?
