Is he going to send the National Guard out there with cork pop guns and forbid them to fire if attacked?
Will they be made to wear uniforms with targets painted on them?
If the administration federalizes the National Guard, it’ll be with the knowledge that the Posse Comitatus law will thereupon prohibit them from performing any useful enforcement function.
In other words: It’s a Ploy.
