This type of outrageous, uncivilized crap is happening all too often these days. Drastic actions are necessary to put an end to it.
This attack happened and was well publicized awhile back. The video report you posted has a moving interview with the victim.
Are there stats out showing any significant rise in crimes by blacks since Obama?
This incident happened June 24.
The attacker, Latia Harris, turned herself in to police on Monday June 28.

The film did not say. It appeared current on the Fox Philly website. It was tagged to the film with the car jacking that killed 3 children this afternoon.
There are places prudent people don’t go and that is one. Prudent and civilized people don’t go there not because they are afraid but because they are smart. They know that they put themselves in a no win situation. They either end up like that girl or like George Zimmerman.

"Less than a day after she surrendered to authorities, bail was cut for Salem video beating suspect Latia Harris, authorities said.
But she remained behind bars at the Salem County Correctional Facility in Mannington Township Tuesday.
Superior Court Judge Timothy Farrell reduced her bail from $35,000 cash to $20,000 cash or bond Tuesday morning, according to court and jail officials.
Harris, 25, of Salem, turned herself in to city police Monday night after nearly a week on the lam.
Harris, dressed in her McDonald's uniform, was captured on amateur cellphone video savagely beating another woman on June 24 on a path behind the fast-food restaurant on East Broadway in Salem.
The video was posted on social media and went viral. It showed the victim being repeatedly punched as the woman's 2-year-old son attempted to fend off Harris by kicking her in the shins.
It sparked outrage because the video showed nearly a dozen other people, mostly teens or younger, standing by offering no aid to the victim, seemingly more occupied with filming the beating than helping.
Harris was on the run until turning herself in Monday night.
She has been charged with aggravated assault and two counts of making terroristic threats.
Harris has also been ordered to have no contact with the victim in the case — Catherine Ferreira, 27, of Salem — from either inside the county jail or if she is released. She was also ordered to not leave New Jersey if she is freed.
Court officials said Tuesday that Harris has applied for a public defender, but no attorney had been assigned to her case.
