How could any economist like Janet Yellen have lived through the prosperity of the 1980s, created by Ronald Reagan’s conservative free-market policies, and still condemn such policies?
Ms. Yellen also lived through the decline and fall of the once mighty city of Detroit, brought to bankruptcy by years of Keynesian tax-and-spend policies. Yet she continues to promote exactly those destructive policies for our country.
