The ubiquitous twinky can be found in many environments, and can be a good source of healthful and energy providing nourishment.
Once the tough outer wrapper is removed and discarded as inedible the soft sponge like interior with it's
sweet creamy filling may be consumed in it's entirety.
Many consumers also lick any remaining sponge particles from the starchy cardboard like sheet on which the Twinky is grown.
