In October, 2011, we "led from behind", conducting an unauthorized action to oust Muammar Qaddafi -- who had become a non-threat -- from office.

A year later, in September, 2012, a group we had supplied in the War for Liberation attacked our consulate and CIA annex in Benghazi. The Ambassador, one security man and two CIA contractors were killed in defense of the positions.

In July, 2014, our embassy in Libya has become untenable and the staff has been evacuated. We no longer have a presence in a country that we acted to "liberate".

Therefore, tell me, Mr. President, exactly what has your foreign policy accomplished in Libya. And at what cost in blood and treasure.
