Cartel Allegedly Targets Sheriff After He Bills Mexico's President For Undocumented Immigrant

A letter sent to Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto by Ohio Sheriff Richard Jones of Butler County charging him for all the undocumented immigrants in his jail has caused more trouble than expected.

Following the letter being sent, Sheriff Jones received correspondence from the federal government.

“The federal government sends me a letter and said I violated a treaty of like, 1790,” Jones told Dana Loesch of The Blaze.

What Jones shared next in the interview is even more startling.

“I sent him a bill for the prisoners that are in my jail,” Jones said. “They came here illegally. I’ve not gotten any money from them, but I billed them so much. And I’ll tell you what I got in return: my life was threatened.”

Jones claims the FBI called him and said he and two other sheriffs in the county were being targeted for murder by the drug cartels.

1790 law, eh? repealed! :

“The Act of 1790 was superseded by the Naturalization Act of 1795, which extended the residence requirement to five years, and by the Naturalization Act of 1798, which extended it to 14 years. The 1798 act was repealed by the Naturalization Law of 1802.”

If you’re going to do it, go all the way and clean out the cartels.

If the US even sincerely threatened to do that, the cartels would shut up in a hurry. Whatever big armaments they might have would not compare with what the US military has.

Tom Clancy, God rest his soul, was apparently ahead of his time again.

Pulled down Clear and Present Danger for a re-read recently.

Mexican drug cartels control several U.S. cities, and one of them is Chicago. They are the de facto municipal government in many areas.

I don’t think many people realize just how many illegals there are in NE Illinois. When you count illegals, Hispanics are the dominant geographic in NE Illinois. Next come blacks. Third are whites.

And it isn’t just Chicago proper. Lake County, IL, which is just north of Chicago, has a HUGE Hispanic population, which includes an enormous number of illegals.

>"clean out the cartels"

Start in DC!

Repealing prohibition, and taking away the AMA's nazi goon squads would be a start. No one smuggles when they can do it openly and legally. No one wants to deal with a thug and guns in the alley, when you can just go to the drug store. But of course YOU aren't authorized to treat yourself! You MUST follow the AMA's dictats! Ending prohibition IS economic warfare against the cartels!

We’re overdue for another war with Mexico.

We'd sure need some huge internment camps for the population that's already here....
