“There may have to be an upsurge of eliminating the scum before they catch on.”
May Have to be? The replacement words S/B Will Have to be! Actually, the only real difference will be in states with “unconstitutional restrictions on the 2A,” because the other states are already engaged in the process of “elimination.” And I will take it a step further and call for taking away all gun control laws in all states, and supplant them with the Second Amendment. End of story.
With the Pied Piper filling our country with MS 13 types we may all get some “target practice” soon.
WHAT will they scream about DC —that the murder rate will SKY-ROCKET..?
This will do for DC what pilot carry did for flying.
Have fun playaz !
TrollLOLOLOLOL !!! XXXXX
No doubt. Time to let the bad guys know there are more good guys than there are bad guys. The bad guys just go skid marks all over their undies.
“Chief Lanier is a woman. Cathy Lanier.”
You must have a different definition of “a woman” than I do! But then again, there’s that “bull dyke” that runs the Capitol Police, so if you are doing comparisons, you could still be on the edge of the truth.
Thanks Kristinn! Best news of the day (imho).
This is hugh!!!!!
Maybe - just maybe someone will now manage to pull off an ARMED march in DC. Over the past years I’ve read dozens of “calls” for such a thing to show Congress just how strong the people are. Unfortunately, the DC city council will have a new ordinance all ready to go that will restrict guns for some reason. I cannot believe they didn’t plan for the possibility of losing the case.
As the good Admiral said, “It’s a trap!”
What a pleasant fantasy.
Canoe down the Potomac....
Why? The DC Police Chief has a pen and a phone, too -- just like Obama.
Well, since anyone (felons & insane excepted) can carry anything in Vermont without a permit, anyone can carry in DC.
Read Saturday’s ruling guys. It doesn’t say “reciprocity”, it doesn’t say “declaration by CLEO”, it says NO restrictions on DC carry until a constitutional one is legislated.
READ THIS NOW IF YOU HAVEN’T: http://alangura.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/DCT_OPINION.pdf
The DC ban on gun carry has been completely struck down. The declaration of reciprocity is a grasp at some kind of limitation so things don’t get completely crazy on Monday; all he’s done is set up DC for an expensive lawsuit loss.
I already looked it up....
Listing of states with which Virginia has Reciprocity Agreements (A formal written agreement exists between the two jurisdictions):
Listing of states with which Virginia has mutual recognition (Jurisdictions have informally agreed to honor permits issued by the other):
Indiana North Dakota
Idaho (Enhanced Lic only) Oklahoma
Listing of states of which Virginia will grant recognition to valid permit holders:
Although Virginia will grant recognition, these states may not authorize Virginia permit holders to possess a firearm in their state. You will need to contact each state to determine if they will recognize your Virginia permit.
Virginia non-resident permit holders
Virginia non-resident permit holders should contact each reciprocal state to determine if their permit will be recognized prior to carrying in that jurisdiction.
EFFECTIVE April 9, 2013 Pennsylvania no longer recognizes Virginia non-resident permits.
Florida law does not grant reciprocity to holders of Virginia non-resident permits.
Connecticut....not so much [http://www.cga.ct.gov/2007/rpt/2007-R-0116.htm]
Stunning, but what about residents from states with Constitutional carry and thus no CCW permit?
The part of the ruling striking down denial of carry simply because you aren’t local could have far reaching implications on reciprocity.
“Why? The DC Police Chief has a pen and a phone, too — just like Obama.”
Chief Lanier was the one served with the Court injunction not to enforce the unconstitutional (as ruled by the court) gun laws.
D.C. may ask for a stay; but remember, the House just voted to defund enforcement of the D.C. gun laws.
LOL...what inoculations will I have have to get first? The Potomac is filthy! Guess it'll work, unless I fall outta the boat!
