Hamas will violate it within 3-4 hours by firing more rockets, just like every other “cease-fire” so far.
"Unconditional" means that the Israelis stop attacking and stop resisting, no conditions. There will be no 3 or 4 hour hiatus with "unconditional ceasfire." Unconditional Ceasefire is a demand to Israel, not to anyone else.
