The illegals were snuck into TN to rile up the GOP base to the point where Lamar Alexander gets defeated in the primary. The Dems thinking Tea Party candidates will be easy to run and win against.
Sheriffs are a powerful thing. I am sure if you found one that knew what they can do and had the guts to do it, they could all be rounded up and deported.
Our circle was studying that point when the whole gun confiscation talk was out there. Wouldn’t Arpio know what to do and do it? Maybe he can show the others how it’s done.
I'm working my wat through Amity Shales' Coolidge. The 17th Ammendment was a "Progressive" piece of legislation sold as a means of getting rid of "special intrests." It's mentioned as an aside as Coolidge tried to stem the tide of progressivism. If he had run for a full term we might have avoided FDR's great depression and all that followed.
We've beem suffering at the hands of progressives since Theodore Rex.
