First of all, it's spelled in Arabic text, not English.
Second of all, in English, a "Q" is ALWAYS followed by a "U".
Third, "islamic spelling" is something fabricated by a bunch of pointy headed liberal "intellectuals" the ultimate reason to recognize it's absurdity.
The best thing we can do is give it a phonetic approximation...in this case...
