The Service Employees International Union is out blasting four Republicans in tough races on immigration reform, seeking to drive up Hispanic turnout against them.
The SEIU is out with new Spanish-language radio ads targeting Reps. Cory Gardner (R-Colo.), Mike Coffman (R-Colo.), Joe Heck (R-Nev.) and David Valadao (R-Calif.). Gardner is a top Senate recruit in a state with a large Hispanic population, while the other three are top Democratic targets in Latino-heavy swing districts.
The ads hit the four on immigration reform, tying them to the national party.
"It's simply unacceptable: Mike Coffman and Cory Gardner, together with the Republicans, have blocked immigration reform. Worse yet, they voted to deport our DREAMers. And now, this is the limit — Republicans attack our children at the border as if they were criminals," the ad says in Spanish.
"One Republican Congresswoman even said that immigrants are invading the United States and suggested many recent immigrants could be rapists and murderers," the ad continues, referring to Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.).

What’s should be even more unacceptable is union dues being used to support an idea that suppresses the members wages.

This is like watching the sun come up in the east...Ya just know it’s coming...
These ads MUST be answered or else the Republicans are toast. When will they ever learn? Clinton hammered Dole during the summer months and it went unanswered. Obama thrashed McCain during the summer months. The Teacher’s Union in California went for Schwarzenneger’s blood in the summer. All these ads went unanswered and we know what the result as. This is why Priebus must be replaced. He’s a disaster for the RNC.

Seems like we had some folks running ads in Mississippi directed to the Blacks saying that McDaniel was a racist.
I agree. Valadao may not have much problem countering hispanic ads, tho. His parents are legal immigrants, which gives him a strong foundation for counter-ads.

Shouldn’t be long at all; they’ve been outnumbered in the maternity wards for years, and that should be showing up now in the polling booths...
Too bad the only Republicans that can speak Hispanic just about all support AMNESTY...
