Cruz opposes House border bill

Ted Cruz and other Senate conservatives are urging rejection of the House border security package, miffed that it excludes language prohibiting expansion of President Barack Obama’s deferred action policies.

Cruz has urged House and Senate Republicans to rally around his proposal to attack Obama’s Deferred Action on Childhood Arrivals, an administrative change Obama made in 2012 to halt the deportation of some young immigrants.

On Tuesday, House Republicans unveiled a bill that includes $659 million in money for the border and a change to a 2008 anti-trafficking law — but no change to DACA. Cruz and other members of the party’s right flank argue that DACA is driving Central American migrants to the border, convincing immigrants they will get a “permiso” — or asylum — when they reach the border, even though there is no such policy.

(Also on POLITICO: W.H. backs Senate Democrats' plan on border)

“The only way to stop the border crisis is to stop Obama’s amnesty. It is disappointing the border security legislation unveiled today does not include language to end Obama’s amnesty. Congress cannot hope to solve this problem without addressing the fundamental cause of it,” Cruz said in an emailed statement.

Cruz is not alone in hoping to convince congressional leaders to push a prohibition of DACA expansion. His idea to prevent expansion of DACA earned praise from two Senate GOP leaders, John Cornyn of Texas and John Thune of South Dakota, though Cornyn also supports the House’s border bill.

And preventing the expansion of DACA has quickly become a rallying cry for other conservative lawmakers during the border funding debate. Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) said the House bill is “unworthy of support” because it doesn’t include any DACA language.

“That the House leaders’ border package includes no language on executive actions is surrender to a lawless President. And it is a submission to the subordination of congressional power,” said Sessions. “A package that is silent on blocking amnesty creates an opportunity for Senate Democrats to add elements of their party’s open borders and mass immigration agenda.”

Cong Louie Gohmert (Rep-Tx)--- a former judge --- made a stunning observation at the House hearing on immigration yesterday.

If the border swarm are desperate to escape drug violence, why are they paying drug cartels to get them over the border?

This is not the action of someone in mortal fear, "forced" to escape to the US for protection.

====================================================

More likely, the swarm is in collusion w/ the cartels. Better check those backpacks.

Obama's lips are firmly pressed onto La Raza behinds.....part and parcel of the Hate-America Fiesta that is advocating the overthrow of the US government. Read on.

La Raza President and CEO Janet Murguia, at La Raza's annual conference in LA, said it sickened her to hear Americans chanting. She accused Murietta protesters of having "cloaked their hatred in patriotism" by shouting "'USA! USA!' again and again." "It made me angry," she said. "In fact, I was outraged."

Murguia demanded amnesty and said the road to the White House for Republicans goes through the Latino community and La Raza. She also said Republicans who want to rescind the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program will not get Hispanic votes.

She repeatedly excoriated patriotic protesters. "What we saw in Murrieta is not patriotism. It is ugly, divisive, and yet another low in a debate I thought could not get much lower." Murguia did not say comment on "Viva La Raza!" chants from pro-amnesty advocates

A Pew Research report found that nearly 90% of those swarming the border are teenagers---not "little kids," as Murguia claimed. She said it was "reprehensible" for Republicans to be "concerned" about disease and crime the "little kids" may be bringing across the border.

=============================================

The La Raza types are getting more assertive---now that they live in a place w/ running water and flush toilets.

The stupid fails to realize---this is not some Third World hellhole where people crap in a hole in the ground.

This is a thriving Republic where people have the right to free speech, freedoms given is b/c we have a two-party system.

La Raza's drumming up hatred for Republicans is tantamount to advocating the overthrow of the US govt.....and she's doing it on the taxpayers' dime.

No question blood-thirsty La Raza is using our tax dollars to aid and abet the criminal contagion-invasion and the SW takeover.

INCONVENIENT FACTOIDS:

<><> La Raza----a violent organization planning to overthrow the US govt----would pocket $100 million tax dollars per year ad infinitum from the Senate amnesty bill.

<><> La Raza also received suck-up Democrat earmarks from US tax coffers.

<><> La Raza received US tax monies to engage in (cough) "mortgage counseling" facilitated by La Raza's comrade in arms---the Congressional Hispanic Caucus.

==================================================

Americans are stuck w/ the most racist and divisive President in US history. No other president has appointed individuals apparently colluding with foreign countries try to undermine the safety and security of US citizens.

Obummer appointed Celia Munoz to the "Domestic Policy Council".....Munoz was a onetime lobbyist for the blood-thirsty La Raza. "La Raza" proclaims itself a racist and anti-American organization. It's core goal is to overwhelm the American Southwest with illegals ---pressure groups who will vote in their mouthpiece----and cause the region to break away from the US and become Mexican territory.

One Murietta counter-protester carried a sign proclaiming, "You are on stolen land".....right out of the armed takeover of the SW handbook.

============================================

Just a friendly message to Murguia---best be careful who you step on, on the way up---b/c you are going to meet them on the way down.

Putting aside the all-too-real damage caused to the economy and the rule of law by any form of amnesty, it’s fascinating psychological theatre: Obama, so addicted to adulation for merely existing, has been scorned by nearly everyone who supported him even if they don’t say so publicly.

But vanity and the power of executive office are a volatile mix, one that has driven Obama to seek the hosannas of 2008 in some very dirty, desperate places i.e. hordes of illiterate human cattle seeking their ‘permisos.’

Even the Dems, accustomed to and reliant on vote fraud, are starting to suspect that Obama isn’t doing this for long-term political gain for he seems unable to focus on next week, let alone next year. Obama has always viewed himself as judge, jury and executioner taking revenge against America for her ‘crimes’ - now he’s merely added Failure To Worship Obama to her rap sheet and the punishment is wholesale importation of the Third World.

N-i-c-e deconstruction. Let's not forget his hate-filled vengeance goes back to the very beginning.

Jarrett is "The Enforcer"---taking notes---making sure Obama is properly adored and worshipped.

Do any of the hipsters in LA and NY (particularly the celebs) snorting coke and doing horse ever consider where the money to their dealer(s) ends up?

I love the mag covers and articles about corn-fed starlets who make one hit film then turn into translucent skeletons. We are told they ‘are on a strict juice/vegetarian/vegan/no-carb diet’ or ‘have embarked on a grueling fitness regimen’ or ‘are now into tai-chi and yoga’ when the reality is they are snorting lines and shooting up with their newly-minted cash.

Bill Clinton didn’t get much right but he did lambaste Heroin Chic. Nothing has changed - Bill Clinton is still on the political scene, unfortunately, and actresses and models still go for the junkie look by becoming actual junkies.

They then pursue the depths of irony by claiming to support this or that charity without realizing, or caring, that their drug habit is perpetuating Third World hellholes. Peaches Geldof springs immediately to mind.

Even Dems, accustomed to, and reliant on vote fraud, are starting to suspect that Obama isn’t doing this for long-term political gain....his oft-stated dream of a "permanent Democrat majority".....he seems unable to focus on next week, let alone next year.

Amazing that sap-happy Dems actually believed in Obama's duplicitous "hopey-changey thingy."

=================================================

In Federalist Paper No. 70, Alexander Hamilton argued for an American leader with vast powers, one driven by dual senses of responsibility and accountability.

He called that quality “Energy in the Executive” and said it was “a leading character in the definition of good government.”

Such a leader, he wrote, “is essential to the protection of the community against foreign attacks” and other dangers, including “the enterprises and assaults of ambition, of faction and of anarchy.”

Hamilton also acknowledged the risks if the unitary executive failed to carry out his duties. “A feeble executive implies a feeble execution of the government. A feeble execution is but another phrase for a bad execution; and a government ill executed, whatever it may be in theory, must be, in practice, a bad government.”

(A bad govt.....of Boobama's making).

Three or more ago I said America will never survive King Obama. I am more convinced now.

Very disappointed in the 2012 that Americans could not see how dangerous King Obama was and is and decided Romney was worst. Fools. Romney was right.

Romney was right.

Romney supported both Abortion and the Gay Agenda.

Romney was wrong!

Romney was his own worst enemy and Romney was the reason Romney did not win!
