USSR weaponized Zaire ebola due to its extreme lethality (near 100%) and mixed it with the extremely hardy and easily communicable hemoragic smallpox (near 100% lethality) and called it "Ebolapox". A drunk Muscovte scientist got infected with the draft version and made it to two labs and the bathroom. The virus killed everyone (13 people) it touched. Luckily it never made it out of the containment zone.
