Cornyn's far from optimal, but I'd take him over the Virginia Kneepad Twins, Mark Warner and Tim Kaine.
For Ted Cruz, it was my first vote since the 84' Presidential election where I actually voted FOR someone versus against someone. In November, Cornyn will be up against a typical radical democRAT trying to win the Senate seat. Also, my Congressman, John Carter has turned out to be a disappointment. In both cases, I will hold my nose and vote against their opponents.
