Exactly. The insane cowardice of the Boehner chair is on full display.

This lawsuit is as phony as Boehner, and that’s saying a lot.

Yeah. They need to use the power of the purse to cut this guy’s money off.

But since they won’t do that I guess we’re just screwed.

Boehner believes the attorneys and judges must be paid or their (attorneys and judges) children will suffer. It’s all for the children! Right? Well anyone with a brain knows it is not all for the children but instead to place the children in further debt. Democrats will go along willingly because the legislation will eventually send money for (attorneys’ and judges’) children. Cannot allow their (attorneys’ and judges’) children to suffer. Now average Americans’ children; the uniparty (made up of republicans and democrats) is in full agreement ... Those children must suffer and suffer severely be they average voters’ children of republican candidates or be they average voters’ children of democrat candidates. Yep, it’s for the children.

The House abdicates it's co-equal authority as the Legislative Branch of government to the Judicial Branch as an act of cowardice instead of DEFUNDing or IMPEACHing the tyrants ... acts it is Constitutionally authorized and encouraged to do.

Boehner is a joke. And Obama is the one laughing. Boehner is apparently trying to force Obama to implement the employer mandate as the law requires him to do. Does Boehner really want the employer mandate enforced? No. But he thinks that if Obama is forced to implement it, that he will be less popular than he is now and will be blamed for the disaster that will follow.

But if the suit is successful then Obama can blame the GOP since they wanted this so bad they sued him.

This is a really stupid move by the GOP. Rather than use the powers they have to keep the dictator in check, they want the courts to do their job for them.

The courts will likely just dismiss the suit as frivolous and note that the House has no standing alone to sue the President.

But the GOP will use this to show their stupid constituents that they tried do do something when, in fact, they did nothing.

Fools.

As usual, cutting down an effort before it even gets going. We can always bet on Freepers to do that.

The point of this suit is to prevent Obama from simply ignoring laws. The laws may be good or not, but they were passed by Congress and while conservatives may claim Obama is simply exercising some hidden intent of the GOPe, he’s not.

There’s no point in passing and funding either good laws or bad laws if you have an executive that blithely ignores them.
