Filipinos eat lumpia
Lumpia are egg rolls made to Philippine specs.
The Lumpia made by the Public Works Center at the US Naval Base Subic Bay were magnificently fantastic and unequaled by any in the USA. Said lumpia were more like spring rolls.

Filipinos by pass the Friday ban on meat by eating Balut. Balut are unhatched baby chicks that are meat but legally eggs. I never consumed Balut
