I didn’t see how the Sheriff knew she had bought the Sudafed unless the helpful pharmacist made a call after upselling her to a trigger limit. I think someone is missing from the lawsuit.
And what's the motive? Is there some sub-rosa asset forfeiture deal between the Sheriff and the pharmacist?
