Well...I wonder if Perry has any real power over this.
Unless he steps outside of federal law...and I’m not sure that’s a good idea. Unless we secede..but we both know that won’t happen, today at least.

Stepping outside federal law never stopped Obama. And “I was only following orders” was never accepted by the allies during the war crime trials after WWII. I think the governors should use a couple pages of strategy from Martin Luther King’s play book.
