17% will hurt, but I doubt that it is enough to destroy this terrible law. We have to trust the Supreme Court to restore the rule of law. Time to pray. 17% increase after one year. Expect similar annual increases each subsequent year, as long as Obamacare remains the government slush fund that it is.
