A USC graduate student was killed last week while walking home from a study session, and one of his attackers said that he has been in the country illegally for seven years, a federal official told the Los Angeles Times on Thursday. Four men tried to rob the student while armed with a baseball bat.

Xinran Ji, 24, sustained head injuries and ultimately died in his apartment after fleeing his attackers around 12:45 a.m. on July 24.

An official, who was not authorized to speak publicly on the case, told the Los Angeles Times that suspect Jonathan DelCarmen admitted he was an illegal immigrant while in Los Angeles County jail.

I wish the parents would sue: the Illegal Immigrant Lobby, the sanctuary city of LA and all the proponents (council) PERSONALLY.

We have a violent war on drugs where the police have no problem whatsoever with using violence to round up suspects. Yet, we are told we’re completely powerless as a nation to do anything at all about the illegal alien hordes (and I literally mean hordes) who are taking over our country.

America for Americans first! Round these illegals up and kick them out. People who violate the law to invade our country have no right to be here, and I could care less where they came from. Black, brown, or white, if you came here illegally, you deserve to be quickly exported!

I saw that, Kirsten needs to get educated and just when she started to show a little sanity.

Good question. Breitbart has it.

That scene is being repeated all over America, and it matters not one bit whether the victim is white, black or brown. If they’re Americans, they don’t deserve to pay this price for our feckless leaders who cannot find the will to defend this nation!

The owners of the dogs that killed a Livonia Michigan man have been illegally in the USA since 1996 and were convicted of bribing an immigration official to get asylum but were still here.

Are you or anyone surprised Mexican's, those from El Salvador, etc., who disrespect our laws and rules, enter illegally and rob, rape, stab, burglarize, shoot and run over the law abiding, leaving a landscape strewn with brutalized Americans and other law abiding innocents?

Why are no one in D.C. NEVER held criminally responsible for these devastating endless attacks?

Those in D.C. are responsible for all of this.

As everyone stands gawking...

Yup, the U.S. has allowed California to be annexed by Mexico. And that is not sarcasm.

I read about that...A shame they won’t go back and nail everyone who was involved and let them cool their heels in the slammer.

Maybe they’ll finally deport those two after they serve a prison sentence.

I’ll take your word for it. I knew a concrete contractor who was nearly put out of business because he wouldn’t employ illegals. His competitors (who employed illegals under the table apparently) kept undercutting him on contracts. So the illegality encourages even more illegality, and we ALL will end up paying a much heavier price in the long run.

Why is America so much better off than other nations? It’s because of our culture and our respect for the law. Compare Japan and Mexico. They both have about the same population, but Japan has virtually no natural resources but is peaceful, prosperous, and orderly. Mexico, on the other hand, has all sorts of natural resources including oil. It COULD be as nice a country to live in as Japan, but it’s clearly not! It’s a crap hole, it’s being imported into America, and it’s got to stop!

Correction, the U.S. has been a defacto sanctuary country for many decades now.

In fact the U.S. has allowed the U.S. to be incrementally annexed by Mexico, Honduras, El Salvador, Pakistan and assorted other Muslim countries...

Ya see, there are still a few who desperately want to believe this is still somehow isolated to CA. But we all know this epic decades long country killing invasion left the southwest region of the U.S. to all points, many years ago.

I wonder if USC is leaning on the media. Chinese students have recently been the victims there. Chinese families are buying up L.A. real estate.

Two years ago two chinese students were shot to death outside of their apartment at 2am(Guess the saying is true, nothing good happens after 2am) so this is not the first time..but something our local media here doesn’t discuss is the fact that the perp is here illegally, you can bet they won’t be touching that one
