I don’t really know much about the Mossad but I have read that they like to use .22LR weapons for assassinations.
They have also screwed up a few times.
I remember an interview maybe 30 years ago with the retired director of the CIA. The interviewer asked him which was the best Intelligence service? Was it the CIA, the KGB or the Israeli one.
His answer surprised me. He said it was none of the above. He said the best intelligence agency was British Intelligence.
I understand the Mob also uses 22LR for assassinations — not so much noise and the bullet caroms around inside the skull, apparently.
