The Koran mentions the land of Israel eight times, and whenever it mentions whose land it is... it says it belongs to the Jews.
This is the Jews’ third return to their land. As such, the Koran says this is supposed to occur (prior to the arrival of their messianic figure, no less). Islam teaches that its followers are (therefore?) supposed to help the Jews return to the Promised Land.
