Then so be it. It is far more important that the GOP-E’s actions in the Mississippi runoff not bear fruit, lest we see them repeated against Tea Party candidates in later elections.

It's far more important that we not lose the Senate. Because if that happens, Obama will have nobody to prevent his seating some far leftie onto the Supreme Court. Then it won't matter if the Senate is filled with Tea Partiers from later elections. Whatever legislation they come up with could be easily overturned by, that one person who'll be on that court for life.

I'd have preferred to see McDaniels to have won, but we have to play the cards we're dealt, even if they came from a stacked deck.

If the seat is lost, blame the GOP-E, not the Tea Party.

It's a big mistake to allow perfection to be the enemy of the good enough. And in my view, a Republican, even if it is a GOP-E, is better than any Democrat. So actually, I'll blame people like you, who, out of petulance, decided it would be better to lose that seat to a Democrat.

And for you who would choose the lesser of two evils, may you receive full measure of the evil you’ve selected.

Mitch will not approve a conservative for SCOTUS. He won't even bring them up for a vote because he hates conservatives. Any more straw men to blow over?

You can blame whoever you want. I don’t care. The bottom line is that unity is a two-way street. I will no longer vote for the GOP-E candidate until I the Tea Party primary winners receive the same support from the GOP-E. I and thousand of Tea Partyers have listed the price for our vote. If the GOP wants it, they need to earn it. If not, go ahead, continue to blame us. Guilt tripping us will no longer work, so try something else, and you may stumble on the only thing that’s effective.

I used to be just like you. However Mississippi opened my eyes. If the GOP doesn’t get conservatives’ votes I predict they will jettison any semblance of conservative principles and compete with Democrats for the Marxist vote. Anything to stay in power. That’s what they did in Mississippi where they acted and talked exactly like Democrats. So you’re either with them with eyes wide open, or you just don’t want to see.

Nobody is talking about “perfection.” We’re talking about what to do with traitors. Every election cycle we’re accused of wanting a “perfect” candidate. That’s BS and you know it.

Here’s what your side wants...

Suppose the democrats want to kick down your door so they might beat and rape your daughter. The GOPe is offering to walk in your back door with the democrats so they might all beat and rape your daughter. If you support the GOPe, your door won’t get damaged.

Does this explain your position?

You're a jackass.

The GOP-E parroted the worst of Dem anti-Tea Party talking points - i.e., lies - against McDaniel. They used Dems, many illegally, to win the runoff. If we allow this to be rewarded by a Cochran win in November, we are gonna get served up that same s**t sandwich every primary going forward.

I am not being petulant. I am being defensive of core conservative Tea Party values, which matter a lot more in the long run than one Senate Seat so the GOP-E can sell us out more effectively. But there will be no end of establishment apologists like yourself blaming the Tea Party for not bending over and taking it yet again - with each incident being worse than the last one.

"...a Republican, even if it is a GOP-E, is better than any Democrat>"

Any compromise with evil (GOP-e) is a loss for good (conservatism).

Either you have a standard and adhere to conservative principles or you don't.

Has nothing to do with petulance...
