“The virus does not pass through the air by coughing or sneezing so that is a huge help.”

My wife pointed this out. I saw “Dr Nancy Snyderman” talking about how “It doesn’t pass through the air so air travel is completely safe” but in the very same segment they showed how they were outfitting the air ambulance with a negative pressure capsule to contain the patient being transported.

So, obviously the air ambulance doesn’t believe that there is no mechanism by which ebola is transmitted by coughing/sneezing.

So which is it?

Yeah, I saw Dr. Richard Besser on World News Tonight saying the same thing.
Paraphrasing, 'It's safe to sit next to an infected person on the plane, his/her coughs and sneezes don't carry the virus.'
HELLOOOO! water droplets in the sneeze? Unusual precautions taken by treating Dr.s.
Idiots.

There has never been a case of Ebola in the U S. Just wait until a case shows up.
Bet it 'hits the fan' via the public.

Ah, good to know. Next time someone sneezes or coughs on me, I'll quickly jump up in the air.
