A Brooklyn reader sent us this video tonight, apparently showing two female NYPD officers attempting -- and I use the term loosely -- to make an arrest of a man who may or may not have committed assault. We have still trying to corroborate the details of the arrest with our NYPD sources, but that is most certainly not what will be discussed online.
We have heard for years about fitness tests requirements being diluted for NYPD recruits, and with the new leftist mayor Bill DeBlasio now permitting two females to be partners (previously a female had to be partnered with a male), one wonders how frequently this sort of embarrassing mismatch with occur. And whether or not this perp did anything wrong, some truly dangerous criminal will surely escape the grasp of such pathetic officers as this in the future.

If you are referring to the video I’ve seen (in which a black male perp with his daughter in the car beats up the female cop that pulled him over), I believe she was out after one punch. I don’t think she recalled anything of the incident, either.
These women want to play man because it is a lucrative job (especially today); the sad truth is they can’t do the work. Here in NJ they eliminated the boxing ring segment of state trooper training after a female cadet was killed in the ring (the logic for that training was that state troopers are often alone in their cars); rather than address the problem we just pretend it doesn’t exist.
Yup. And I would bet that the guys that couldn’t make the physical before recent times add to that statistic too.
I read that the Israeli army quit putting women in combat units not because of female casualties but because male casualties in the units with females went up because the men would generally take bigger risks to protect or aid a female soldier than a male soldier. I wonder if that applies to the numbers you cited?
I’m not a trained policeman. But better yet one of my friends (who just died recently after many years on the force) was a policeman who ran into belligerent drunks and had to arrest a few. Another friend had a father who was a policemen, and my friend told me some interesting stories about his father’s attempts to arrest belligerent drunks. Neither policeman was a small individual. The stories they told indicated that it was not very easy to arrest large, belligerent individuals who didn’t want to be arrest. The story of the two policewoman in the story who tried to arrest the lone male is probably more typical.
Like that ridiculous film ("Salt", I think it was...) with a scrawny Angelina Jolie beating the everliving snot out of bad guy after burly, muscular bad guy whilst catapulting through the air like a crazed ninja.

I went through those same tests. It was not that hard at least if you prepared your self. That was the same agency that 2x4’d me
1. Too White ie: not a minority
2. Too Straight ie: not homosexual
3. Too Male ie: not a woman
4 Too small with no handicaps ie: I am 5'6” and 175-180lb, Can press my own body weight, run well under the 16m req for the PA trooper 1.5 mile run, practice martial arts, No record whatsoever my psychological screening showed I was well qualified for the position but my case officer deemed that “San Francisco was a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic society and they want their officers to reflect that (The dog whistle message was no straight white males need apply).
There are police forces all over the place that are desperate for *qualified* applicants, and yet it is very difficult for qualified white males to get hired. I've had several tell me the same thing you did.
As she (my kid) said, it's unfair and it sucks, but I'd be stupid to turn down a job opportunity; I can't change it. At least she was capable and not like those two in the video.
After she left SF she said she knew the police dept was screwed up, but once you are in it for a while, it's much worse than you imagined it could possibly be.
We were quite relieved when she decided not to make a career of LE. OTOH, SF paid her a boatload of money to spend 8 months getting some good training. Imagine you have a single daughter and some idiot liberal city pays her $6000 a month get trained in self defense, firearms, high speed driving etc and a fair understanding of the law. Then she leaves SF, gets a decent job in a normal state. In the meantime, SF drives out the good cops. The attrition rate the first year out of the academy is quite high. Apparently the level of training at SFPD makes it easy to get hired in other cities. Some enter the academy with that intention.

Yep, the city is packed with fruits, loons and wackos so it only makes sense to staff the city's law enforcement agency with fruits, loons and wackos. It's logical in Looking Glass Land.

Female’s rate of death is one per every 3 months which is 3% of total deaths even though women are 12% of the force.
So, your question, in lieu of these statistics, certainly is a good one isn’t it!?
