Has she ever actually gotten a 250lb belligerent drunk down and cuffed in 30 seconds, or is she just assuming she could do it?

I don’t believe she actually had to do that. But based on what she was required to do in training as preparation for that, yes, I think she could take down an “uncooperative” drunk considerably larger than she most of the time.

But it doesn’t matter. I mostly wanted to see how many would fixate on that comment alone and nothing else. I found out.
