Keep in mind that American Jews are not proportionately dispersed among the general population. Their population is heavily skewed toward the northeast urban areas where their votes do indeed make a difference - often the difference.

The only state where Jews might make a difference is in Florida. Find me one other state where Jews could mathematically make a difference.

Let’s take the case of New Jersey. Half a million Jews total, of which roughly half are eligible to vote. Obama won the state by 650,000 votes in 2012. Could Jews have made a difference?
