Some people aren't being properly credited by the exchange for their insurance payments. In some cases, money and information has been lost somewhere between the exchange and the insurance companies. And some people have been told by their doctors that the insurance company has no record of their coverage.

Not all are having problems.

Many keep their doctors.
Many keep their plans,
like the EXEMPT Congress, EXEMPT SCOTUS, and
their lovable staff, and of course, all MOSLEMS
(as the EXEMPT planned, in honor of their 911 attack,
and their Arab Spring now crucifying and enslaving
and raping and beheading the innocent ... around the world).

It was never meant to succeed. It was meant to fail its way into single payer government health care a la the VA style of long lines, shoddy care and premature deaths.

Problem is people were promised health care, and are expecting it.

This has nothing to do with health care! It's all about ID theft, and enslaving US citizens!
