Good. What a nitwit.
Anything to cling to power as long as possible and deny a replacement a jump on seniority . . . whom they obviously don't expect to be another RAT.
Bad, the Democrats now have a chance to win with a new candidate
See ya, Biden, Jr.
>> his campaign was distracted by the controversy over allegations that he plagiarized
If there’s a prize for “contorted”, Walsh wins.

Bad. The Dems will get a more viable candidate similar to what was done in the case of Torricelli.
Do they have enough time to put another candidate on the ballot?
Maybe the RINO candidate for House can run as the Senate Democrat.
Is there anybody who's even remotely viable at this late date?
But he is still well-positioned to be the Democratic Vice-Presidential candidate in 2016.
80% of Montana voted to cut welfare to illegals with the ballot measure LR121.
For some reason Jon Tester and Baucus sold out and voted for amnesty. It made absolutely no sense as to why all these red state Dems sold out except to give Schumer 70 votes.
Well, there is that but I just can’t see them taking Montana at this late date. But ... good point.
That’s how HE was appointed. Baucus retired early to give the Dems a leg-up by having the Gov appoint his Dem replacement. Didn’t work out as planned.
Technically they have until the 20th to do this. If they can find a candidate.
From the article:
“... The Montana Democratic Party now will choose
a replacement Senate candidate at a nominating convention by Aug. 20.
About 175 delegates, including statewide and federal elected officials,
county party committee leaders and the party executive board members,
will pick the nominee ...”
Bad news folks....the seat is in play again.
Miley Cyrus, AKA Hannah Montana, is available. She could get the California transplant vote.
The old “Torricelli.”
