If the minorities are Christian, I’m guessing that the “aid” will end up being several Qurans, and nothing more. If the minorities are Shiites or anti-ISIS Sunnis, the “aid” will probably include armaments.
I’m not sure whether Soetoro prefers the Sunnis or the Shiites (perhaps he prefers both), but I do know that he has a pathological hatred of Christians. If he directly approved this mission, he did so because he thinks it will benefit the Islamic faction of his choosing.
