Former attorney, practicing psychotherapist and researcher, Susan Knowles, brought the case of Lexi Dillon to my attention in which the child's mother brought sexual allegations against the father involving the girl. The evidence in support of the title=" Orange County CPS Is the Latest to Facilitate Molestation and Orange County CPS Is the Latest to Facilitate Molestation and “Disappearing” Children

Disappearing Children " target="_blank">sexual abuse was overwhelming. However, Orange County CPS decided to take the child from the mother and give her to the alleged abuser of the child.

The judge in the case refused to allow any testimony in his courtroom from the experts who had examined young Lexi with regard to the sexual abuse charges. In fact, this judge threatened the professional licenses of the witnesses who appeared to testify in juvenile court on behalf of the child and the mother.

Story seems a bit fishy to me:

“The local police have conducted two investigations into the matter and have concluded that there was sexual abuse committed against Lexi.”

If that’s true, then the guy should be under arrest, and the custody would be a non-issue. So, why is he not under arrest if the police really think he molested a child?

Excuse my skepticism, but false abuse allegations against men in divorce/custody cases are quite common.

Right.

Some interesting allegations, including one in passing that Papa Bush is somehow involved in child molestation and trafficking. ???

The article would have been MUCH more effective if not written in such an overwrought style and if it had provided more facts rather than accusations.

The implication of this article is that there is a massive child molestation and probably murder ring in control, at least partially, of our government and largest corporations.

This reminds me strongly of the similar accusations about Satanic child-care centers in the 80s, which most reasonable people now recognize resulted in many improper convictions for “crimes” that never occurred.

I’m perfectly willing to admit child abuse occurs, but it’s very much a minority taste, and I sincerely doubt there’s any such huge conspiracy.

Government oversight over government is ALWAYS LACKING. So when you have an organisation that is supposed to protect children it can easily become a magnet for those who intend harm on the children.

I can think of at least one reason why a judge would exhibit this degree of bias toward an accused child molester ...

I listened to what the author was saying until he brought in Cynthia McKinney and Rod Blogojevich. Then any believability shriveled up and died.

Better information and writing presentation at the imbedded link to the source material.

Ruby Dillon, a practicing dentist and mother of Lexi Dillon, filed a paternity action and was awarded sole custody in 2005, after alleging that Lexi’s father was abusive. The father, Mahathep ‘Matthew’ Srikureja, is a Pakistani national with Thai citizenship.

Have become the norm because they know that their perjury has absolutely no repercussions.
