Since there was an ongoing investigation isn’t there a legal obligation to preserve records?
This action by the Obamanites is actually the act of flippin’ the wee birdie in our faces. They are sayin’ “Impeach”. “Go ahead and Impeach”
Usually there is much lower voter turnout during mid term elections. Were we to initiate impeachment prior to November elections IMO we’d be stirring up a hornets nest of the ditzes, the mentals, the ignorant, and the lazy that comprise a majority of Democrat voters, and they would all come out to vote. Their vote is always 1.5-2.0 to our 1.0 as they drag along their dead, their illegals, and their criminals to vote with them.
They are trying to get us to initiate impeachment by flippin’ the wee birdie under our noses, and make us lose it. (Which is projection as that is what they would do were we to flip the wee birdie under their noses.) Should we lose it, and jump to impeachment this would of course cause us to either fail in our goal to retain the house, and gain the Senate, or cause us to win less than we really desire to overturn the Lefts Dumpster, and retrieve our Constitution.
Wait until after November, and flip them the wee birdie then.
The last five years have shown me that there is nothing the government can’t do.
If republicans take the senate and hold the house, their first order of business should be to defund every agency, fire everyone, consolidate or get rid of agencies and then have people reapply for their jobs.
That’s right. They started out small, and once it was clear that NO ONE would be punished for violating the open government, record-keeping law, they went all in. There will be NO emails, in this regime, available to congress or the public, ever.
I agree, but that is wishful thinking. The only streamlining I’m seeing that works are the outright layoffs like we’ve had here in NJ. The state ran out of money, so aid dried up and municipalities starting cutting; I’d imagine those “workers” had to move elsewhere, as those jobs won’t be coming back any time soon and they have no skills for the private sector. I know many of the laid-off cops have gone to southern states; now they can serve and protect the Americans that fled there from NJ to begin with...
no one should be surprised
there’s an administration that is criminal in nature
the law does not apply to them
what they are doing for America is more important than the law - in their arrogant Utopian reaching minds - so the law cannot be allowed to get in their way

There should be stocks lining Pennsylvania Ave and every other street in DC, ya think?
and no one was smart enough to confiscate them before they were destroyed. hmmmmm.
