Don't know. But one commentator at the article says he had 10 percent confiscated by customs because they said it was probably gambling winnings and taxable, even after he protested that he had a bank receipt for withdrawing the money. They said the amount didn't match exactly, he said he spent some while traveling. They then said keep complaining and they would seize it all. So he gave up 10 percent to the government thieves.
