How is this supposed to be stopped? At this point I think it boils down to State actions.
I'd really like to see a governor step up and use military force to start sealing the border for two reasons:
- It would add legal legitimacy over the citizenry doing it and provide means for forcing the issue on the national level, and
- if, perchance, the citizenry are forced to do it things could very quickly spiral out to huge portions, that is a civil war.
