The federal government says “You must teach these kids and they must pass the courses we set out for you or you will be fired.” Then they you put them in classrooms filled with kids who will NEVER read above the third grade level and will never speak correct English. The only option is to cheat.

Local news only.

They got bonus payments based on the fake grades.

Where are the VA people who lied to get taxpayer funded bonuses? Why aren’t they charged with crimes?

These “educators” are criminal reprobates. Allowing them to do anything in regards to children is child abuse.

It wasn't just Atlanta.

Use this interactive map and look at the number of other school districts that fall in the 'A' and 'B' categories for suspicious testing results.

It’s taken a long time for this case to get anywhere. Two, three years?

The cheating occurred more than two years ago. Gov. Deal's report was issued in spring 2012, and the newspaper studies began appearing in April 2012.

Remember that, with respect to some of these schools, we have teachers who confessed that there were grade-changing parties, and were subsequently dismissed. Other teachers from the same school and same grade denied the grade-changing parties, contested the disciplinary action, and were reinstated despite the fact that their classes' right-to-wrong erasure rate would occur naturally less often than one time in seven hundred billion tries.

I'm looking to see if I downloaded the three parts of the Deal report, because the several bookmarks I have for the .pdf report no longer work.
