According to exit polls, whites made up 72% of the voters, blacks 13%, latinos 10% and Asians 2%, and Other 2%. According to these data 221,925,820 were eligible voters in 2012 and a total of 130,292,355 voted. So about 91 million didn't vote. You would have to extrapolate how many whites did not vote compared to minorities. It appears that blacks voted about their percentage of the population, but Latinos (16%) did not. Of course, many latinos are not eligible to vote.
In any event, I agree with your general proposition.
The voters and the votes are there for Conservatives to prevail — somehow the motivation for these non-voters to go vote is missing.
If just 1/4 of the non-voters would vote for conservatives, it would be a landslide conservative win every time!
I just cannot understand why the Republicans don’t spend any time and money getting them to vote. Only conclusion I can come up with is they’d rather lose than win?
