It’s true.
No it's not.
The reason more blacks and Hispanics are in prison, is that more of them commit crimes, more of them are living off of the sweat of working taxpayers.
The system is not unfair.
Just a bunch of losers who make bad choices and then don't want to be punished for their bad choices.
