RT will tweet that these tanks/APCs were captured months earlier, and just happened to find themselves on the Russian side of the border, where they just happened to be found with their keys in the ignition by Ukrainians, who then just happened to “repatriate” them across the border without the Russian military noticing.

They’re quiet tonight...kinda like when the Russian’s shot down the Malaysian airliner. They’re so orchestrated that it’s not even interesting anymore.
I still contend they’re bent over waiting for Putin’s new instructions.

I seem to recall seeing some news story that the US would provide Ukraine with modern anti-tank weapons. I wonder if that has happened?

I wouldn't count on it. The media is pretty slow on reporting this information. Maybe he'll hear about it when they roll into Paris or Berlin or Ferguson.
The Ukrainians make a large variety of pretty modern weapons. I think their main problem is no money.
