When we see the evidence, not conjecture based on your bias, we can decide.
The cop did not know the kid was a suspect. Why was he rousting him? Because he was walking slowly?
Tell me, in your experience, what would cause a six year veteran cop to get pissed off at a guy? That’s the part that doesn’t make sense. What could that man have said that would set off a cop like that?
The only people I’ve seen freak out like that is steroids or cocaine.

Based on your post I see no reason to engage in fruitless dialogue with when you make assumptions and then flaunt your own questions regarding this event as if those questions will have “any bearing on the case”.
