Luhansk doesn't really need Russian or Ukrainian humanitarian aid convoys. What they need is for the Russian terrorist mercenaries to stop using their city as a battleground. This leaves the open question why so many of the purported Russian military trucks painted white to serve as humanitarian aid trucks are traveling nearly empty? Is this a Russian ruse to use the trucks to haul away Russian mercenaries and Russian weaponry on the return trip to Russia, or do they plan to redeploy the trapped Russian mercenaries elsewhere in the Ukraine in a regrouping with the Russian Ground Forces?

The Ukrainians should be equipped with the latest heavy weapons.

Of course, they gave that up in exchange for security promises from the US. Ha.
