Cops do carry radio’s with all of them and when there is a robbery the description of the perp is broadcast to the whole department. He would’ve know there was robbery and the description of the perp.

The police chief said today that Officer Wilson’s initial contact with Mike Brown was unrelated to the robbery.

“INITIAL reports says they can’t do that.”

That initial report came from a witness that turned out to be a perp in the robbery.

" Other reports have him advancing..."

I'd sure like to see a cited reference for that contention.

I'd like to be edified.

Too bad the officer didn't have a camera running to record the contact instead of depending on hostile witnesses.

Maybe that explains why the police seized cell phones after the incident? Ferals have a habit of videotaping everything, and would have definitely deleted any exonerating video.

That is not the way it is.

The parents may win on excessive force.

Are there cameras inside cop cars?

How they got inside the cop car and a shot was fired makes no sense with the claims of Brown’s accomplice. How the cop had a swollen face that needed medical care also makes no sense with that story. And the lack of blood and bullet holes in Brown’s back doesn’t fit either...

How do you know that the cop didn’t know that Brown had robbed the store? What are your sources?

“The decision limited the long-standing “fleeing felon” rule that permitted officers to use deadly force against a suspect who was trying to escape, even if the person in flight was not a threat to the public.”

Fortunately for my dad, that 85 decision happened 20 years after he popped a fleeing felon and career criminal who had assaulted him avoiding an arrest for burglary. Grand Jury returned no bill and foreman thanked him for his service. The criminal was not a minority FWIW either.

"The police chief said today that Officer Wilson’s initial contact with Mike Brown was unrelated to the robbery".

This leaves ONLY ONE defense for the cop: Imminent Threat. And if the gang-banger was unarmed and more than 15ft away it's NOT POSSIBLE or plausible to make that case. It would be open and shut Murder II.

Yet again we have the left wing media and their groups attacking this cop and making excuses for the rioting, looting etc.
Notice how the media is not talking about the millions worth of dollars which has been caused and the tax payers will have to pay.

The officers face is swollen. He is not the young youth who was going to school.
This nearly 300 pound 6 foot 4 guy has been photographed and videoed doing a robbery and has a track record of not a law abiding citizen.

Shame those who hate cops because of their world evolves around them spew their left wing crap on here.

How the Dems and Obama must be proud to see so many falling for this.

Because the police released that info. They said one officer viewed the video, then got to the scene of the man’s death and recognized him.
The officer who shot him didn’t know.

Wrong. I point you to the Fl law, , however it might be law in other states but not here in FL.

A fleeing felon who has done harm faces deadly force.

There is a very clear photo of the back of his snow white Tee shirt, no holes or blood.

BTW...that ‘friend’ turned out to be one of the perps in the robbery.

So every huge black man was in danger of being shot to death, because he might have been the one? Laughing. I’m sorry the facts aren’t fitting your preconceived vision here.

Doesn’t help that some on here tried to spew the left wing talking points on here too.
Those people know who they are as does everyone else, just like those who attacked Zimmerman in the first place
