(AssPos) - Governor Jay Nixon (D-Mo) told CBS' "Face The Nation" on Sunday that the video tape showing Michael Brown strong-arming a store clerk in order to leave the premises without paying the $50 they cost is 'tarnishing' the image of the shooting victim.
"Releasing information, witness statements and videotape to the public at this stage is tantamount to smearing Michel Brown after they shot him down in his own street. They are obviously trying to make the public think he was some kind of thug or gangster. The fact is, none of that is relevant!"
"There were a lot of folks who were concerned about that, this dastardly tactic simply fanned the flames and caused more damage and caused us to have to deal with that"

It has been fifty years almost to the day that I left Iceland but in those days it was a whites only country. The only Navy base I knew of where no black sailors were ever sent.
Wasn’t that a NATO base in Iceland? Air Force didn’t send black there either.
I don’t remember all the details but the Navy base had originally been an Air Force base and was shifted to the Navy. The housing was much better than typical Navy housing;>)
