I think its interesting that so much is made of him being 35 feet away.This is where the media misleads the public by leaving out information.
Yes, Mike ended up 35 feet away... FROM THE POLICE SUV.
The left out information is HOW FAR DID THE OFFICER MOVE away from the SUV as he got out of the car to chase a runaway suspect ?
Estimates (we worked this out last night) are that the officer ended up 5 or 10 feet away from Mike during the final shot.

All ya have to do is look at the crime scene images.
Look at the the evidence markers, which appear to be red traffic cones in this case.
It appears at least 3 of the cones are within feet, maybe 5'-8' from the Mr. Brown's body...

In fact one of the cones, appears to be within about 4' of Browns body...
The cones if anyone is wondering, are very likely evidence markers for bullet casings ejected from the officers weapon.
The cones can be clearly seen in images posted days ago of the shooting scene.
