This ship should go to Port of Astoria, Oregon, or Port of Longview, Washington. Both are on the Columbia River.
The ship should stay at sea until arrangements are made at either place for unloading cargo. The cargo, if unloaded at the Port of Longview, could be shipped overnight by rail to California, say, Sacramento. From there it can be forwarded to the intended receiver. Unfortunately, Astoria no longer has a dedicated rail connection to the inland rail lines running between California and Washington State.
