Spitting is considered assault and a felony, i believe. Why wasnt she charged with that if she was spitting? Answer: she did get special treatment.
You are right. she also threatened officers but they brushed it off. she wanted the sheriff to get her out and dismiss it all - again, expecting to be treated differently than those she prosecutes
